Introducing Lailah: A MintAI Demonstration

One of the first demos supported by MintAI is Lailah, a stable diffusion studio for generating AI images based on Stability AI. We chose it for our demo because all the 'over-the-wire' API calls have been replaced by a plugin system. This system allows us to easily swap out the backend and integrate it into the MintAI network.

Lailah Studio demonstrates what a decentralized service on the MintAI platform can look like. Although it is for demonstration purposes and is not yet a production-level product, it is capable of handling a variety of tasks such as txt2img, img2img, and image inpainting within a single application. Users should be aware that the current dev version may experience connection issues or shut down unexpectedly.

NOTE: Before generating images, make sure to select the model and sampler to ensure the endpoint GPU returns the correct result.

Future Prospects

In the future, MintAI (MAI) could support thousands of applications like this. We are currently focusing on finalizing the MintAI public testnet, which will enable web3 wallet integrations and network rewards mechanisms, making large-scale deployments of decentralized AI (DeAI) services a reality.

Try Lailah Studio

Anyone can try Lailah Studio for free at Lailah Live. Currently, the demo's reverse proxy server has not been completely replaced by open-sourced tools, so the decentralized GPU workers are limited to approximately 10,000 total generations for data transfer out. Once this is addressed, the demo will offer completely free and unlimited generations.
